Fixed some problems with the optimizer.

The on disk tuple representation has been changed to save disk space and to allow 
for attribute selection during feed operations. 

Trajectory operator has been improved. 

A new algebra module (ImEx-Algebra) provides operator for data import and export from
and to shape files, db3 files, and csv files. Also operators for manipulating the 
local file system are contained. 

Major changes to the optimizer module concerning the naming schema and management of 
indexes and data samples.

Various bug fixes, improving stability (e.g. error when terminating the database server).

Added several operators to existing algebras.
